Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Blue Eye Boy , reviewing products, or using this site as a shopping resource. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by Blue Eye Boy.

Rewards Program:

Blue Eye Boy's automatic rewards program begins September 1, 2007. For every customer that spends $200 (excluding shipping and handling fees) at Blue Eye Boy, will receive a $10 reward code by email which can be used towards your next visit. Reward codes will be issued 30 days after purchases to take in account dollar amount of returns or exchanges. Reward codes expire 1 year from the issue date. Sign up is automatic for all purchases made after September 1, 2007. This program can be canceled at anytime.


Out of Stock & Back Ordered Items:

We try to make every effort to keep all products in stock, but on occasion we become out of stock on an item before the website can be updated. If this should happen, you will receive a notification by either email or phone with the option of exchanging the out of stock item for a different size/product or receive a refund.

 

In the event an order is placed for a temporary back ordered item, our shipping staff will ship all in stock items and advise you through email of your back order (unless prior arrangements have been made to wait and ship all items together once the back ordered items become available). As soon as the back ordered merchandise becomes available, our shipping staff will immediately ship the item(s) available. You always have the option of continuing to wait for your order or to cancel your order at anytime before it’s shipped. If it’s necessary to break your order into multiple shipments we will not charge for additional shipping and handling on the shipments (ground only). Limited Quantity Items:

In the event an order is placed for a limited quantity item that is no longer available, our shipping staff will notify you through email to let you know if the particular item can be placed on back order, to suggest a replacement item of similar likeness, or to inquire if you would like to cancel the particular item.

 

Jewelry Guarantee:

We offer a 100% guarantee on all Blue Eye Boy Jewelry. We will replace/repair any broken parts one time at no charge.

Any additional replacement or repairs needed beyond the first time will incur a charge of $5.00 plus a shipping/handling fee.

 

We ask you care for your jewelry by removing it at bedtime each night, before a bath, shower, swimming, etc. to keep it looking its best. Please take note the beads and necklace can be broken if stepped on or bitten. With a little care your jewelry should last a very long time.

 

Payments Accepted:

For your convenience we accept the following forms of payment:

- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discovery)

 

- Paypal (please note: you no longer have to have an account with Paypal to make payments. You will be directed to their secure and encrypted server to make your payment and then redirected back to Blue Eye Boy to complete your order.) Paypal accepts credit cards, checks, debit cards, and existing Paypal accounts.

 

- Check or money orders with phone/fax only. You may place your order(s) by phone by calling Customer Care (360)699-9238 or faxing your order to (360)737-3625. Item(s) will be shipped once your check/money order has been received through the mail and processed. You will receive an email confirming receipt of payment and shipping information.

Return/Exchange Policy:

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with all or part of your order, simply call or email to receive your return/exchange code. We will be more than happy to give a full credit (excluding shipping/handling charges), replacement, or refund (when applicable by meeting the guidelines listed below) with 30 days. You may return any item you receive if the item:

- is not what you ordered per your order confirmation by email

- was damaged or broken in transit

- is not what was expected from what you say on our website

- does not meet the standards you expected

- does not work properly, fit properly, or is mechanically defective

- is delayed beyond an acceptable time frame

 

A packing slip/invoice with instructions for returns/exchanges may be found in every package. Please complete the form and include it with your return. We do not accept COD packages. We are unable to reimburse any shipping costs. All returns require all returns to be authorized with its return/exchange code. Please contact our customer care department at customercare@blueeyeboy.com or by calling (360)699-9238 to receive this code.

 

In the event you would like to exchange your merchandise and are not requesting a refund we will gladly ship your exchanged merchandise back to you at no additional charge via USPS Parcel Post. We are unable to reimburse any shipping costs.

 

If you are not satisfied with your apparel/shoes purchase, please return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Apparel must be unused, in its original condition, and have hang/care tags still attached.  Apparel that has been worn or used will be accepted only for manufacturer defect. Shoes will need to be unworn and returned in its original box. Please insure that the return shoes are well packaged as to not damage the box.

 

If you are not satisfied with any other merchandise you have purchased, please return the product with its original packaging within 30 days of purchase with your return/exchange form.

 

Please Note: Returns will NOT be accepted on audio CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, or computer software if unopened unless it has a manufacturer defect.

 

Please package the item(s) securely, include the completed Returns/Exchange Form received with the product, and return the merchandise via UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery to Blue Eye Boy. If you have misplaced your Return/Exchange form, please email us customercare@blueeyeboy.com and another will be emailed to you. Please indicate the reason for the return/exchange. Upon receipt of the returned product and the Return/Exchange form, Blue Eye Boy will refund/exchange and credit your account the respected amount due within (10) business days.

 

On exchanges, please note:

- if there is a lesser difference between merchandise, a credit will appear on your credit card for the lesser amount, or a money order will be mailed for the lesser amount.

- if there is a greater difference between merchandise, an invoice will be emailed out for payment or a charge will appear (with prior authorization) on your credit card for the greater difference. If any additional payment is required this will need to be received before merchandise is shipped.

Sales Tax:

Sales Tax is only required for orders shipping within the resident state of business. Therefore all orders shipping within Washington State will be charged 8.2% sales taxes.
